LEC Solutions is pleased to offer the "EZ Rental Plan".
We stock and maintain a fleet of Gas Detection Equipment from leading manufacturers to meet your needs for:
LEC Solutions offers state of the art equipment with all accessories required such wands - tubing - filters - regulators etc...
LEC Solutions builds devices to meet the needs of our customers. Here are the most common gas hazards that we have helped our customers identify, detect, and avoid.
Ammonia | NH3 | Hydrogen Sulfide | H2S |
Carbon Dioxide | CO2 | Methane | CH4 |
Carbon Monoxide | CO | Nitric Oxide | NO |
Chlorine | Cl2 | Nitrogen Dioxide | NO2 |
Chlorine Dioxide | ClO2 | Oxygen | O2 |
Hydrogen | H2 | Phosphine | PH3 |
Hydrogen Chloride | HCl | Sulfur Dioxide | SO2 |
Hydrogen Cyanide | HCN |
We also offer photoionization detectors or PID's that measure for volatile organic compounds. This very popular and effective detector that can monitor for ammonia detection, hazardous materials, arson investigations, air quality, environmental contamination, and remediation and cleanroom facilities contributes to safe working conditions in military, industrial, and confined work spaces.
When renting gas detection equipment for your short-term needs, the expenses and maintenance burdens of ownership are eliminated. LEC Solutions can help you make an informed decision if rental makes sense for your organization.
We have helped many organizations over the years compare the costs and benefits of renting gas detection equipment and provided the solution that was best for our clients.
We offer weekly and monthly rentals that are always below the cost that you will find with the major manufacturers.
Contact LEC Solutions and we will discuss the hazards associated with your work and identify exactly what equipment, calibration gas, and accessories are required to keep your workers safe on the job. We will do this with a focus on safety and cost.
LEC Solutions will prepare and ship certified and calibrated instruments ts to your work site location with all required accessories to include charger, calibration cup, operations manual, calibration certificate, docking station, calibration gas, etc...
Prior to the end of your required calibration cycle - LEC Solutions will work with your team to provide a freshly calibrated instrument to your job site. We work very closely with your team throughout the entire process.
Upon receipt of the new device, your onsite team will simply return the existing device to us inside our secure pelican case. We coordinate all pickup and deliveries for your workers seamlessly.
Relax knowing that LEC Solutions is committed to going the extra mile to ensure your workers are protected from the hazards we identified during our initial contact.
Battery life for months instead of hours!
Day in, day out, your workers have to charge their portable multi gas detectors so they can keep testing for the presence of combustible gases, H2S, CO, and O2. Unfortunately, sometimes they may forget to do so. Gas Clip Technologies can help prevent this safety risk with our new Multi Gas Clip (MGC). It has the longest battery life of any portable gas detector by a long shot.
The new MGC can go a full 2 months without a charge, even without ever having to be turned off. Shut down the unit nightly and the battery can last up to 4 months. What’s the secret of the MGC’s extended battery life? It uses low-power photo-metric technology for the detection of the combustible gases (LEL). Instead of draining the battery with archaic pellistor technology, the MGC uses an IR source. This conserves power, so the battery lasts and lasts and lasts.
The MGC also eliminates the need to frequently calibrate portable gas detectors. It can go 12 months without being calibrated. That saves time and increases efficiency. Each Multi Gas Clip, IR version, comes with the following features:
The Gas Clip Technologies MGC Dock is an all-in-one stand-alone docking station designed for maximum testing efficiency and portability. It tests up to four units simultaneously, reducing the testing time and gas usage. With only two buttons, it’s simple to train workers how to use it for regular bump tests, occasional calibrations, or to deactivate detectors. It can be optionally housed in a rugged Pelican© case or a wall-mountable metal enclosure. Logs are stored on a USB flash drive which can easily be transferred to a computer for analysis.
Each Dock comes with the following standard features:
Twice a day, every day… that’s how often you have to charge most portable gas detectors, until now. Introducing the Multi Gas Clip Pump (MGC Pump) from Gas Clip Technologies, the only portable multi gas detector with an internal sampling pump that can go an entire work week without a charge.
The MGC Pump follows in the long line of portable gas detectors by Gas Clip Technologies that last and last and last. Being able to go a long time between charges is a family tradition.
Like our MGC, the MGC Pump uses low-power photometric technology to detect combustible gases (LEL) rather than age- old pellistor technology. The MGC Pump uses an IR source which conserves power and helps the battery last and last.
The MGC Pump is also designed for comfort. The reduced, sloping shape of the holding area at the bottom of the instrument makes the MGC Pump a comfortable fit in the hands of your workers. It is fully submersible and simple to operate. The MGC Pump offers a one button design and the largest LCD screen in the industry so it’s easy to read.
Other multi gas detectors require calibration anywhere from 1 to 3 months. The MGC Pump can go 6 months without being calibrated. This is an added benefit of IR sensing technology because IR is immune to pellistor sensor poisons such as silicone or H2S.
The Gas Clip Technologies MGC Pump Dock is an all-in-one stand-alone docking station designed for maximum testing efficiency and portability. It tests up to four units simultaneously, reducing the testing time and gas usage. With only two buttons, it’s simple to train workers how to use it for regular bump tests, occasional calibrations, or to deactivate detectors.
